Send feedback
Open the TestFlight app, select Cupled, then choose Send Beta Feedback. Include what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if it is safe to share.
Quick fixes
- Confirm you have an internet connection and are signed in with Apple.
- Ask your connection to verify the invite code. Cupled codes use neutral characters and ignore spaces or dashes.
- For a stale widget, open Cupled once, then long-press the widget and confirm the correct Cupled size is selected.
- If a notification is missing, check Cupled in iOS Settings → Notifications. Canvas publishing still works when notifications are off.
Privacy or account deletion
Delete your account from Settings inside Cupled. For privacy questions or a deletion problem, use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight.
