Using Cupled
Cupled lets people in close connections share private canvases and widgets. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your country and use the app only for lawful purposes.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Cupled a limited licence to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service. Share only content you have the right to use and that your connection is comfortable receiving.
Respect and safety
Do not use Cupled to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, distribute illegal material, infringe rights, bypass security, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Beta service
The TestFlight version is pre-release software. Features may change, content may be removed during testing, and interruptions may occur. Keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Accounts and deletion
You are responsible for your Apple and Cupled account access. You can disconnect or delete your account inside the app. Deletion is intended to be permanent as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
Cupled is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Cupled is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continuing to use Cupled after an update means you accept the updated terms.
